We need to output HTML fragment with sections: headings

for sections like About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits, and

for prose. Do NOT repeat job title as heading. Do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into short

or drop it. Preserve ALL substantive information; do NOT invent or summarize away detail. Remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. IMPORTANT: include a section ONLY when the posting has real, specific content for it — never emit a heading followed by filler/placeholder text (e.g. "commensurate with experience", "not specified", "N/A", "varies", "TBD") and never create Pay/Schedule/Benefits sections unless the posting actually states them. Prefer a few substantive sections over many thin ones. Output ONLY the HTML fragment — no /, no markdown code fences. We need to parse the posting. Key sections: - Description (maybe About the role). The posting includes "Description Jefferson County Human Services is seeking Long Term Care Case Managers...". Also "About Human Services:" etc. Could combine into About the role. - Responsibilities: there is a "Responsibilities Long Term Care Case Managers have the following responsibilities:" then list bullet points. - Qualifications: includes Minimum qualifications, Preferred Qualifications, Additional Job Information (driver's license, accommodations). Also "Education Bachelor's Degree Experience Work Experience: Minimum one year Certifications Languages: Category Health & Human Services". Might be separate. - Benefits: there is "Benefit Eligibility This position is eligible for Standard Benefits which includes dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement." Also later "Benefits: Jefferson County offers a generous benefits package..." So we have benefits content. - Pay: "Compensation Target Hiring Range: $56,869 - $60,825,825.45 USD Annually" Actually it's $56,869 - $60,825.45. Also "Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an incredible asset to this team and will be compensated upon completion of communication skill test." So we have pay info. - Schedule: "Scheduled Weekly Hours 40" and "The county operates primarily on a 4 day/10-hour work week. (Monday-Thursday); Human Services works a mix of 4 day/10-hour or 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). This position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work as determined by team and agency needs. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the Denver Metro area in order to attend in-home visits." Thus we have sections: About the role (description), Responsibilities, Qualifications, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We need to use

for each section heading. We need to use
    • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. For prose use

. We must not repeat job title as heading. So we won't put a heading for the job title. We must not include Job ID / requisition numbers as headings; there is none. We must remove boilerplate: like "Job Posting Closes at 11:59PM on: 10/01/26 Division Case Management Agency Division Management Level Individual Contributor Scheduled Weekly Hours 40 Benefit Eligibility ..." Actually that includes some metadata; we need to fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The "Job Posting Closes at 11:59PM on: 10/01/26" is a closing date; we could include that maybe in a short

under About the role? But the instruction says do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it. The closing date is minor metadata; we could include it in a short

maybe under About the role or separate? But we should avoid creating a section just for metadata. Probably we can include a short

at top with the closing date and maybe division info? However they said "Do NOT repeat the job title as a heading (the page already shows it) and do NOT put Job ID / requisition numbers as headings — fold minor metadata into a short

or drop it." So we can include a short

for the closing date and maybe division etc. But we need to preserve ALL substantive information; the closing date is substantive? It's metadata but maybe considered minor; we can fold into a short

      . Let's include a

at start: "Job posting closes at 11:59 PM on 10/01/26." That's fine. Now we need to ensure we don't create sections with filler. All sections we create have real content. Now we need to format lists. Responsibilities list: bullet points after "Determine client eligibility by gathering collateral information..." etc. Let's extract each bullet. From posting: "Determine client eligibility by gathering collateral information from hospital, nursing home, long-term skilled home health and home-based services. Complete a face-to-face assessment of clients at their home and in other community settings. Attend court appeal hearings to defend denied applications. Prepare all legal documents for the appeal hearing. Working with Children’s Extensive Waiver, Children’s Residential Habilitative Program Waiver, and Children with Complex Health Needs, Children with Life Limiting Illness, and Community First Choice. Maintain client care plans by reassessing as necessary for most cost-efficient service plan. Adhere to state cost containment regulations. Ensure family members are fully informed of options available. Make referrals as necessary. Consult with state agents. Negotiate rates and plans with Medicaid providers and other providers. Complete billing paperwork. Other duties and responsibilities as assigned." We need to put each as

    • . Qualifications: Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree in a related field; One (1) year of work-related experience in comprehensive case management. Preferred Qualifications: list: Knowledge of laws relating to children and families. Excellent individual, group and family counseling and crisis management skills. Able to learn more than one complex computer system and is patient in the learning process. Ability to problem solve by using critical thinking and utilizing resources/researching to find solutions that are best for the family and the department. High level organizational and time management skills and thrives with strict deadlines. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt communication based on level of program knowledge of the audience. Warm, empathetic, respectable personality. Passionate about agency's mission and vision. Additional Job Information: A valid Colorado driver’s license is required for positions that drive on County Business in either a county or personal vehicle within 30-days of hire or beginning to serve as an intern or volunteer. Offer of employment is contingent upon successful completion of criminal history, motor vehicle report, education verification, and/or references for all positions. Accommodations Statement: We encourage people with disabilities to apply and are committed to providing reasonable accommodations throughout our hiring process. For assistance with applications, interviews, or other hiring-related accommodations, contact careertalent@jeffco.us. This contact is for accommodation requests only and cannot provide application status updates. We could combine qualifications into a section with

      Qualifications

and then maybe separate Minimum and Preferred as
lists. Additional info could be part of Qualifications as prose or separate list? It's not exactly a qualification but more info. Could be included under Qualifications as prose. Benefits: we have two benefit statements. Combine: Standard Benefits includes dental, medical, and vision insurance, paid time off and holidays, retirement matching, wellness programs, and tuition reimbursement. Also generous benefits package includes medical, dental, and vision insurance; paid time off and holidays, including a starting bank of 40 hours of PTO for new hires; retirement matching; wellness programs; tuition reimbursement; flexible schedules; remote work options; and more. We can create a
list of benefits items. Pay: Compensation Target Hiring Range: $56,869 - $60,825.45 USD Annually. Compensation will be determined based on education, experience, and skills. Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is an incredible asset to this team and will be compensated upon completion of communication skill test. We can put that as prose

          maybe with

for the range? But range is not a list; we can just put in

. Schedule: Scheduled Weekly Hours 40. The county operates primarily on a 4 day/10-hour work week. (Monday-Thursday); Human Services works a mix of 4 day/10-hour or 5 days a week (Monday-Friday). This position is hybrid, with remote work and in-office work as determined by team and agency needs. Must live within a reasonable commuting distance from the Denver Metro area in order to attend in-home visits. We can put as prose. Now we need to output only HTML fragment, no markdown fences. Let's structure:

Job posting closes at 11:59 PM on 10/01/26.
