About the role
Provide support to children and families in need, ensuring their safety and well-being.
Responsibilities
- Assess and document child and family needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans
- Maintain regular contact with families to monitor progress
- Collaborate with other professionals to coordinate services
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and policies
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related field
- Valid Minnesota Driver’s License
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in social services or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Skills
- Knowledge of child development and psychology
- Experience with case management software
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information

Pay
$25.00 - $30.00 per hour based on experience
