Children Fitness Coach

The Little Gym is the world’s premier enrichment and physical development center for kids 4 months through 12 years, with over 300 locations globally. Our programs help children develop confidence and skills through gymnastics-based activities in a fun, safe, and nurturing environment.

About the role

As part of our team, you will:

• Teach classes based on our proven curriculum and teaching method (training provided).
• Provide outstanding customer service and create a welcoming membership experience.
• Oversee our full range of programs to maintain The Little Gym’s high standards.
• Support training and evaluation of fellow team members.

Requirements

• Enthusiasm for working with children and a willingness to engage in fun, energetic activities (e.g., high-fives, playful interactions).
• A background in child development, physical education, or gymnastics is helpful but not required.
• Strong customer service skills—you enjoy helping others and building positive relationships with kids and parents.
• A positive attitude and ability to balance fun with professionalism.
