Childcare Workers

About This Role

Little White House Learning Center in Milford, CT is seeking a qualified Childcare Worker to work with Infant / Toddler (0–2) in a center-based environment. This position requires no formal credential — just relevant experience.

We're a 50-year-old state-licensed early childhood center that focuses on education, socialization, and development. We're looking for a dedicated teacher to join our team and help shape young lives.

Join our premier teaching staff and make a lasting impact on the children we serve. We have full-time opportunities available in our infant, toddler, and preschool classrooms.

These positions are all-year-round, Monday through Friday, 8:00 to 5:00.

What You'll Do

• We're seeking a caring and compassionate individual who is passionate about their work.
• Ensure the daily care and well-being of every child by following all licensing guidelines and implementing our company's standards.
• Help create a stimulating and interactive classroom environment that is clean, organized, and conducive to learning.
• Attend all staff training sessions, meetings, and programs sponsored by the Center, as required.
• Perform other related duties as requested by a Lead Teacher or Center Director.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age
• A High School diploma or equivalent
• Must have transportation
• Must have a current physical
• Must pass a background check
• Must be able to lift children up to 35 pounds

Nice to Have

• We offer training in CPR, 1st Aid, Medication, and Epi Pen administration for the right candidate.
