About the role
Nurture and care for children while parents are at work or school. Ensure daily attendance accuracy and constant supervision. Work cooperatively with other teachers and follow strict classroom ratios.
Responsibilities
- Safeguard children at all times, including during play and naptime.
- Implement a daily routine that balances play, rest, and learning.
- Read to children daily and plan activities during naptime.
- Keep the classroom clean and sanitize toys and bedding daily.
- Monitor children's basic needs and comfort during naptime.
- Prepare bottles and baby food according to sanitation guidelines.
- Support infants' development through feeding, diapering, and play.
- Teach children about safety and self-help skills.
- Identify and address emotional or developmental issues.
- Perform additional tasks as directed to maintain department operations.
Requirements
Must have a valid CPR and First Aid certification. Previous childcare experience preferred.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of child development and safety protocols.
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and meal planning.
