About the Role

We’re looking for caring, experienced Childcare Teachers to bring energy, creativity, and compassion to our classrooms at MapleLeaf Childcare Center in Rotterdam.

• Assistant Toddler Teacher
• Floating Teachers (All age groups)

Responsibilities

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
• Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
• Support children’s growth, confidence, and development
• Build meaningful relationships with children and families
• Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
• Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED (Required)
• At least two years of experience in a childcare setting (Required)
• CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (A Plus)
• Bilingual in Spanish (A Plus)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Positive attitude and passion for working with children
• Ability to pass background and health requirements
