About the Role
Little Guppy's is a licensed childcare center seeking Full-time Lead and Assistant Teachers to support our Infant and Toddler classrooms.
Qualifications
- High school diploma OR GED required
- Ability to pass all background checks required
- Previous childcare experience is a plus
Schedule
- Monday - Friday
- Available shifts: 7am-4pm, 7:30am-4:30pm, or 12-6pm
Compensation
$16-$18/hour, based on education and experience

Responsibilities
- Lead all aspects of the classroom
- Establish a professional level of rapport with each family to provide quality care for the children
- Responsible for the safety and well-being of each child, responding to their emotional needs; and maintaining an organized, clean, safe, and appropriately decorated classroom
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running, and climbing stairs
- Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role
- Carry out the daily responsibilities of the classroom relating to the care of the children
