About the role

New Horizon Academy Mankato is looking for dedicated teachers to join their team. The positions available are for Toddlers, Preschool, and Infants classrooms.

Responsibilities

• MUST meet teacher requirements as outlined by the MN Department of Licensing
• Work full-time (Monday-Friday)
• Enjoy working with children
• Have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude
• Willing to learn and grow as an educator
• Previous childcare experience preferred, but not required

Qualifications

• Meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position
• Experience in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations
• Provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States
• Physical ability to perform job duties with or without accommodations

Skills

• Ability to inspire, encourage, and celebrate a child's love of learning
• Knowledgeable about the latest educational techniques and materials
