About the role
We are seeking Childcare Teachers to join our team at our beautiful new Gretna school. The projected start date for staff is July 27, 2026.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Must meet Nebraska state licensing requirements for teacher qualification.
- Must have experience working in ECE and in classroom management.
- Must be able to work a full-time schedule, Monday-Friday between the hours of 6:30am-6:00pm.
- Must have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
- Must be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
- Must enjoy working with children and love making a difference.
Qualifications
- Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
- Must have a passion for working with young children.
- Must have interest in beginning or continuing their education in early childhood education or a related field.
- Must satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
- Must have documentation of U.S. citizenship or eligibility to work in the U.S.
- Must have the physical abilities to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
- Must have the ability to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
