Pay Range: $21.50/hr. - $26.65/hr. (DOQ)

We are seeking a CHILDCARE TEACHER to join our team at New Horizon Academy!

Responsibilities

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 16 qualifying semester credits or a CDA to be considered teacher-qualified under MN Rule 3.
• Must be able to work a flexible, full-time schedule, Monday-Friday.
• Must have a positive work ethic and a team-centered attitude.
• Must be willing to learn and grow as an educator.
• Previous childcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Must meet or exceed state qualifications for the listed position.
• Must have previous experience in Early Childhood Education or related field of work.
• Must be able to satisfy the Applicant Background Study required by state regulations.
• Must be able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to legally work in the United States.
• Must be able to perform the required job duties with or without accommodations.
• Must be able to communicate effectively with children, families, and staff, as well as to understand state licensing regulations and company policies.
