About the role
This employee assists the Teacher in educating and caring for children ages 0-3 in the classroom and on the playground.
Responsibilities
- Assist in daily classroom activities
- Care for children during playtime and meal times
- Help prepare meals and snacks
- Document children's progress and development
- Participate in team meetings and staff trainings
Requirements
- High school diploma required
- Must have a CDA credential or be willing to enroll in a CDA class to obtain the credential within two years of hire
- Funding may be available to help obtain the CDA credential
