Childcare School Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and caring Childcare Director to lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment. The ideal candidate will engage with their team and families daily, manage the day-to-day operations of the center, and collaborate with other Inspire departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor others within a diverse and inclusive environment
• Engage with your team and families daily
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the parameters of the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the childcare center
• Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (Required; We will consider those with an AA.)
• At least two (2) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program (Required)

Qualifications

A strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude and passion for working with children, and ability to pass background and health requirements.
