About the Role

Engage children aged 12 weeks to 12 years in fun, age-appropriate activities and games while providing an exceptional member experience with enthusiasm and a positive attitude. You’ll greet parents, check in children professionally, and ensure a safe, clean environment. Support fellow staff, uphold program policies, and encourage children’s confidence to make a lasting positive impact.

• Excellent class management skills and positive demeanor.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to personal growth and training.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
