What You’ll Do

• Lead classes using an Emergent Curriculum that sparks curiosity
• SUPPORT emotional, cognitive, and physical development in a safe setting
• PARTNER with parents using strong communication and empathy
• COLLABORATE with specialists to meet each child's unique needs
• Maintain detailed records in line with EEC standards

Required

• A High School Diploma/GED
• Documented experience working with children, references are required
• Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to take initiative and problem-solve effectively

Preferred

• CDA or ECE Degree
• Experience with emergent curriculum approaches
• Bilingual or experience with special education
• Leadership or mentor experience
