Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
- Support children's growth, confidence, and development
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team
Requirements
- Experience in a childcare setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements

Skills
Experience in a childcare setting, high school diploma or GED, CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education, strong communication and teamwork skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work with children.
