Childcare Lead Teacher

Compensation
$20 an hour, based on experience and education
Shift
Monday - Friday; 7:00 am - 4:00 pm
Education and Experience
- CPR, First Aid, BBP TB Test, MMR, 30 hour Childcare basic
- HS Diploma, DCYF Background check, Merit set up
As a Lead Teacher, you will:
- Create fun, out of the box, learning moments that your children will remember for years to come.
- Create relationships with parents and provide support through daily interactions and communication.
- Coach and mentor assistant teachers to develop a strong classroom teaching team.
- Share with your co-workers the joys of creating a-ha moments with children.
- Form supportive relationships with staff and parents while also advocating for the education and well-being of all children.
- Lead your team in planning exciting lessons and educational activities making every day a new adventure in learning!
