About the role
We are a growing childcare center located in Strongsville, OH, offering flexible positions including Floating Teachers for all age groups and Teachers starting in Fall 2026 for Baby Assistant Teacher, Toddler Assistant Teacher, and Baby Lead Teacher roles.
Responsibilities
- Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment
- Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum
- Support children's growth, confidence, and development
- Build meaningful relationships with children and families
- Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards
- Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team
Requirements
- Experience in a childcare setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- A positive attitude and passion for working with children
- Ability to pass background and health requirements
