About the role
Responsible for leading the infant and preschool classrooms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Oversee daily activities, implement curriculum, and collaborate with other educators to support child development and learning outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs for infants and preschoolers
- Provide individualized attention to each child’s developmental needs
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain consistent classroom management and routines
- Assess children's progress and communicate with parents regularly
- Adapt teaching methods based on children's feedback and observations
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- At least 2 years of experience working with infants and preschoolers
- Valid first aid and CPR certification
- Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia methodologies preferred
