About the role

Responsible for leading the infant and preschool classrooms, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. Oversee daily activities, implement curriculum, and collaborate with other educators to support child development and learning outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate educational programs for infants and preschoolers
• Provide individualized attention to each child’s developmental needs
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to maintain consistent classroom management and routines
• Assess children's progress and communicate with parents regularly
• Adapt teaching methods based on children's feedback and observations
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• At least 2 years of experience working with infants and preschoolers
• Valid first aid and CPR certification
• Experience with Montessori or Reggio Emilia methodologies preferred
