Monday - Friday, ability to open or close when needed
Compensation
$20-22 per hour, based on education and experience
Main Job Responsibilities
- Assist the Directors with developing and executing an on-going program of activities that contribute to the care, growth and development of the children and staff.
- Assist the Directors with enrollment activities, including tours, distribution of marketing materials to potential families.
- Aid the Directors in ensuring all State and Company Regulations are always being followed using Licensing Checks.
- Provide guidance to teachers for creative curriculum, lesson plans, and classroom organization.
- Establish professional and supportive relationships with parents and employees connected to the operation of the center.
- Physical ability to work around small children including sitting, standing, walking, running and climbing stairs. Ability to lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and fulfill all physical requirements of the role.

Qualifications
- Previous managerial and/or administrative experience in a licensed childcare center
- An associate degree or CDA
Skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively with children and adults
