About the role

We’re looking for Floaters to work in Strongsville, Ohio who love working with young children and want to be part of a supportive, close‑knit school community where teachers are valued and growth is encouraged.

Classrooms we're hiring for

• All age groups

Schedule

• Monday–Friday 9:00am–6:00pm
• No nights. No weekends.

Compensation

• $13–$16 per hour, based on education and experience

What you’ll do

• Create a warm, safe, and engaging learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children and families
• Communicate with families using our parent app
• Maintain classroom organization, safety, and cleanliness
• Participate in conferences and collaborate with leadership

What we’re looking for

• High school diploma (required)
• Previous experience in a licensed childcare center
• Ability to pass required background checks
• A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for teaching
