About the role

The Nest Schools is seeking a School Director to lead its innovative early childhood programs. Ideal candidates should understand the value of early childhood education and embrace the idea that teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and evaluation of the curriculum and educational strategies
• Oversee the daily operations of the school, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards
• Manage the budget and resources to support the educational goals of the school
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with families and community partners
• Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for teachers
• Participate in the Nest University program to enhance leadership skills and knowledge in early childhood education

Requirements

• Previous Director experience, preferably in large schools
• A degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field
• A director credential (preferred)

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in creating and implementing educational programs
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
