The Nest Schools is a new Early Childhood organization founded and operated by tenured early childhood professionals. We are driven by our vision to raise a world of kind, healthy, happy, and inspired children as the worldwide leader in early childhood programs for children, our families, and our team. We aspire to be THE state-of-the-art provider of Early Childhood programs and are looking for the best in the ECE industry to lead this school.
Responsibilities
- Understand the value of Early Childhood Education and embrace the idea that our teachers are Early Childhood Professional Educators.
- Support your teachers with a full-time curriculum and education specialist.
- Provide classroom budgets for learning materials and crafts.
- Strive to be a "Best Workplace" for all your teachers and staff through wellness, innovation, kindness, and fun programs.
- Implement the Nest Eggs Reward & Recognition Program, mentor programs, Funday Mondays, director retreats, and Nest University.
- Offer industry-leading benefits and money, centralized billing and receivables, centralized call screening, outside professional development opportunities, and fellowship with other directors.
Qualifications
- Previous Director Experience required, preferably in large schools.
- Early Childhood Education Required.
- Director Credential preferred.
Pay
USD $55,000.00 - USD $65,000.00 /Yr.
