Responsibilities

• Guide early learning: Bring our Life Essentials® curriculum to life with hands-on, age-appropriate activities that build literacy, math, science, and social-emotional skills.
• Nurture every child: Observe, document, and celebrate each child's development so you can tailor learning to their needs, interests, and milestones.
• Create a classroom children love: Maintain a safe, organized, and inspiring environment where children feel secure enough to explore and grow.
• Partner with families: Share daily updates, photos, and progress through our family communication app, and build trusting relationships with parents.
• Model kindness and respect: Use positive guidance to help children develop independence, self-regulation, and strong friendships.
• Grow as a professional: Work alongside experienced co-teachers and leadership, with ongoing training and a clear path for career advancement
