Childcare Center Teacher - Bilingual Bilingual English/Spanish

About the role

The Dodd Childcare Center is seeking a bilingual English/Spanish teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for early childhood education.

Responsibilities

• Teach age-appropriate curriculum to children ages 2-5
• Develop lesson plans and activities based on the curriculum
• Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues
• Maintain a safe and nurturing environment for children
• Adapt teaching methods to meet individual student needs

Requirements

• Bilingual in English and Spanish
• A minimum of a bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
• Experience working with young children
• Valid California Child Development Permit (CDP)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Passionate about early childhood education

Pay

Salary range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
