Childcare Center School Director

Overview

Inspire Early Education seeks a Childcare Director to lead and mentor a diverse and inclusive team, ensuring a quality early childhood program that fosters learning, independence, and a positive sense of self.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a diverse and inclusive team
• Maintain a quality early childhood program within the Inspire philosophy and agency guidelines
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset
• Support the professional development of staff to ensure success
• Collaborate with other Inspire departments including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service, and human resources

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred)
• Associate’s degree or Certified Development Associate (CDA) in Early Childhood Education (considered)
• At least three (3) years of center leadership experience in a childcare program
• Director certification in the state of Missouri for 100+ children

• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• A positive attitude and passion for working with children
