About the role
This is a full-time position providing responsive, loving care to infants and toddlers (6 weeks to 3 years).
Responsibilities
- Dress, feed, bathe, and oversee play for infants and toddlers.
- Oversee daily routines including feeding, diapering, napping, and play.
- Document growth and milestones for each child.
- Keep parents informed and engaged in their child's care.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe space.
- Work collaboratively with fellow care-givers and staff.
Requirements
- A minimum of 6 months experience in child care.
- A High School Diploma.
- PREFERRED: CDA experience in licensed childcare (infants/toddlers preferred).
- Knowledge of child development and best practices.
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and meet physical needs of the job.
- CPR & First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain).
- Clean background check.
