What Your Day Looks Like
- Support the Lead Teacher in delivering age-appropriate lessons and activities for the classroom
- Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom that meets licensing and ratio requirements
- Engage directly with children during activities, meals, transitions, and outdoor time
- Observe children and share developmental notes with the Lead Teacher
- Aid in building relationships with families through warm, consistent daily communication
- Assist with classroom documentation including attendance and daily reports
