Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher

Responsibilities

• Aid lead teachers in classroom management, ensuring compliance with regulations, policies, and procedures.
• Create and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that are timely and stimulating according to Celebree’s curriculum.
• Manage classroom transitions effectively and supervise children during all activities.
• Counsel children using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
• Maintain the classroom’s appearance, cleanliness, and safety.
• Adhere to uniform requirements and present a positive and professional image.
• Communicate effectively with parents, including greeting by name, addressing concerns, providing feedback, and updating them on their child’s progress.

Qualifications

• At least 16 years of age
