Childcare Aide/Assistant Teacher
Responsibilities
- Aid lead Teachers in classroom management while ensuring compliance with all regulations, company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Create and implement age-appropriate, stimulating lesson plans that are thorough and timely according to Celebree’s curriculum.
- Manage effective classroom transitions and assist in supervising children during all activities.
- Counsel children as needed using positive and appropriate discipline techniques.
- Maintain the appearance, cleanliness, and safe environment of the classroom.
- Adhere to uniform requirements and present a positive and professional image at all times.
- Communicate effectively with parents, including greeting by name, addressing concerns, providing positive feedback, and updating them on their child’s development and classroom happenings.
