Child, Youth, & Family Therapist ($2,500 Signing Bonus) (Open Until Filled)

Job Summary

Under the supervision of the Child, Youth & Family (CYF) Senior Clinical Supervisor, the CYF Therapist will provide culturally competent mental wellness counseling services for the Tulalip community. Provide counseling services from a strength-based perspective to support and empower children and their families in managing life challenges.

Compensation

Compensation: $DOE
Signing Bonus: Paid in two installments - 1st installment on first paycheck, 2nd installment after successful completion of 90-day probationary period.

Eligibility

Eligibility: Signing bonuses are for select positions only and will be indicated on the job posting. Current Employee department transfers and former employees who have resigned or been dismissed within the past 12 months are not eligible for a signing bonus.

Minimum Required Education

Master's Degree in Psychology, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, or closely related Behavioral Science field with a focus on Mental Health Counseling.

Minimum Related Experience

One (1) year of experience providing Mental Health Counseling services to children and their families.

Required Licenses/Certifications/Prerequisites

• WA State Driver License. (Personal Auto Insurance)
• Current associate licensure through the WA State Department of Health as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC or LMHCA), or current independent licensure through the WA State Department of Health as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist.
• Qualified as a Mental Health Professional (MHP).
• Negative TB Skin Test or chest x-ray.
• CPR/BLS Certificate.
• Must complete HIPAA training upon hire.
• Must abide by departments vaccination policy and provide immunization records.
• Must complete a Tulalip Health System pre-onboarding credentialing prior to start date.
• Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a pre-employment background check.
