About the role
JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide direct, field-based support to children and families in the community.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport children and families to appointments and services
- Absess and engage families in service planning based on identified needs
- Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best-practice approaches
- Provide advocacy and connect families with community resources
Qualifications
- Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
- Ability to pass all required clearances
- Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug and alcohol screening
- Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required
