Child Welfare Specialist

About the role

JusticeWorks YouthCare is seeking compassionate and reliable individuals to provide direct, field-based support to children and families in the community.

Responsibilities

  • Safely transport children and families to appointments and services
  • Absess and engage families in service planning based on identified needs
  • Plan and implement appropriate interventions using evidence-based and best-practice approaches
  • Provide advocacy and connect families with community resources

Qualifications

  • Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and access to a vehicle
  • Ability to pass all required clearances
  • Ability to pass pre-employment and post-offer drug and alcohol screening
  • Availability to work non-traditional hours, including evenings and weekends required
