Requirements

• Fully licensed in Arizona (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
• Experienced in working with the child and adolescent population

Pay

• Competitive compensation package with uncapped earning potential
• Compensation range: $76,000–$107,000
• Compensation model based on productivity
