About the role

Performs intermediate skilled human support work involving intake, location, establishment of paternity and enforcement of support orders, and related work as apparent or assigned.

Responsibilities

• Intakes cases involving paternity and support orders
• Locates individuals involved in paternity and support cases
• Establishes paternity and enforces support orders

Requirements

• Associates/Technical degree in business, sociology, customer service, legal or judicial proceedings, or related field and one to three years experience working in case management, in a legal or judicial environment, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
