About the role

As a Team Member at Boyne Resorts, you will be part of an exciting and dynamic team that operates some of the most iconic ski resorts in North America. Your primary responsibility is to ensure guests have a memorable experience, from check-in to lift tickets and everything in between.

Responsibilities

• Welcoming guests and providing exceptional customer service
• Assisting with check-in and lift ticket sales
• Managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate information
• Ensuring safety and compliance with all resort policies
• Participating in regular training sessions to enhance skills

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
• Passion for the outdoors and customer service

Qualifications

• Previous customer service experience preferred
• Knowledge of local area and resort amenities
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office
