Child Psychologist | Remote

Position: Developmental Psychology | Type: Contract | Location: Remote | Commitment: 10-40 hrs/week

Responsibilities

• Evaluate, review, and annotate data sets relevant to child development and developmental psychology for AI system training.
• Provide detailed insights and feedback on the accuracy, cultural appropriateness, and developmental relevance of data and model outputs.
• Contribute expert analysis to scenario development, test cases, and real-world situations involving children s learning and behavior.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to inform model improvements and ensure psychological integrity in AI interactions.
• Create or refine guidelines for AI systems to better address linguistic, cognitive, and psychosocial aspects of child development across diverse backgrounds.
• Document findings and recommendations with clarity and depth to support ongoing AI research and development.

Requirements

• Doctorate (PhD) in Child Development, Developmental Psychology, or closely related field.
• Demonstrated involvement in technology-driven, digital, or AI-focused projects relevant to child development is highly desirable.
• Comfortable working remotely on digital platforms, delivering contributions independently while engaging with a distributed team.

$100 - $200/hour
