Child Psychiatrist (MD/DO) – 100% Remote – Missouri License Required

About the Role

  • Setting: 100% Remote | Outpatient Child & Adolescent Psychiatry
  • Schedule: 32–40 hours per week | Monday–Friday | Approximately 8:00 AM–4:30 PM CT
  • Patient Population: Primarily ages 5–21, with the option to see patients through age 30, with diagnoses including behavioral disorders, anxiety, depression, serious mental illness, and other behavioral health conditions.
  • Appointments: Initial evaluations: 60 minutes; Follow-up appointments: 30 minutes
  • Administrative Time: Dedicated administrative time and a 30-minute lunch
  • EMR: EPIC | Video visits conducted through Zoom via EPIC
  • Multidisciplinary Support: Collaborate with a robust care team that includes neurologists, psychiatrists, psychologists, nurses, speech-language pathologists, occupational therapists, family resource specialists, and education coordinators
  • Team Collaboration: Monthly collaboration with the broader care team
  • No On-Call Responsibilities
  • No NP Supervision Required
  • Remote & Supported: Work from home with the support of Iris Telehealth's clinical and operational teams, allowing you to focus on providing exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

  • Completion of a 4-year ACGME-accredited Psychiatry residency
  • Active Missouri medical license required
  • Availability for 40 hours per week during CST business hours
  • Experience and comfort treating patients across varying acuity levels
  • Experience treating adolescents and adults (ages 5-21)
  • Telehealth experience preferred (experience using EPIC a plus)
  • Reside in the U.S. or a U.S. territory

Compensation & Schedule

  • Compensation: Starting at $300,000/year based on a 40-hour workweek; compensation prorated for a 32-hour schedule
  • Schedule: Monday–Friday, 32-40 hours per week | Fully Remote – CST (U.S. Only)
