We need to output HTML fragment with sections for headings where content exists. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc as headings; can fold minor metadata into short p or drop. Remove boilerplate, navigation, legal, EEO, duplicated lines, application instructions. Keep substantive info: description of assignment, requirements, qualifications, skills, desirables, maybe benefits? Not mentioned. Pay/Schedule not present, so omit those sections. Benefits not mentioned; maybe mention "attractive compensation and benefits package" but that's generic; we should not create Benefits section unless specific content. The phrase "attractive compensation and benefits package" is vague; better not create Benefits section. Also "We offer our staff diverse opportunities for professional and personal development" is generic; maybe not include as Benefits. We'll include sections: About the role (maybe description), Responsibilities (the assignment aims...), Requirements (minimum requirements), Qualifications (maybe same as requirements?), Skills, Desirables (maybe under Skills or separate). But we must only include sections when posting has real specific content. We have content for: Assignment description (How can you make a difference? ...). Minimum Requirements (Education, Work Experience, Language requirement). Skills (Strong knowledge..., etc). Desirables (Experience in Ibero-America..., Familiarity..., Experience contributing...). Also maybe "About UNICEF" but that's generic boilerplate; we can drop. Also "For every child, the right to Safety." is tagline; maybe not needed. We need to use

for section headings. Use
  • for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use

for prose. We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc as headings. We can include minor metadata like "Contract type: Consultant Duty Station: Amman Level: Consultancy Location: Jordan Categories: Child Protection" maybe as a short p. We must preserve ALL substantive information; do not invent or summarize away detail. So we need to keep all details from Minimum Requirements, Skills, Desirables, assignment description. We must remove boilerplate like cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning, duplicated lines, application instructions. So we need to strip out things like "Visit our website to learn more...", "For every child, the right to Safety." maybe keep as tagline? It's not boilerplate but maybe okay. However it's a slogan; could be considered substantive? It's part of posting but not essential. Safer to keep? The instruction: remove cookie/navigation/legal/EEO/equal-opportunity/scam-warning boilerplate, duplicated lines, and application instructions. The slogan is not those; we could keep but it's not a section. Could be placed in a p. We also need to remove "Apply now" buttons etc. Let's extract substantive parts: - Job no: 595823 Contract type: Consultant Duty Station: Amman Level: Consultancy Location: Jordan Categories: Child Protection - UNICEF works in over 190 countries... (mission statement) maybe keep as brief intro? It's somewhat generic but could be considered substantive about organization. Might keep as p. - "Promoting the rights of every child is not just a job – it is a calling." etc. Might be generic; but it's part of posting. Could keep as p. - "We offer our staff diverse opportunities for professional and personal development that will help them reinforce a sense of purpose while serving children and communities across the world." generic; maybe drop as boilerplate? It's not EEO but still generic. Might be considered fluff. Safer to drop. - "We welcome everyone who wants to belong and grow in a diverse and passionate culture, coupled with an attractive compensation and benefits package." generic; drop. - "Visit our website to learn more about what we do at UNICEF." drop. - "For every child, the right to Safety." maybe keep as tagline? Could be considered substantive? It's a slogan; but we can keep as p. - "How can you make a difference? This assignment aims to assess the extent to which the Common Rules are reflected in national legislation, policies, institutions and programmes across selected Inter-American countries; document promising practices and implementation gaps in restorative justice; and develop practical recommendations to accelerate implementation. The assignment will also contribute to operationalizing UNICEF’s Reimagine Justice for Children agenda, particularly its principles on diversion and prevention of detention." This is substantive; we can put under Responsibilities or About the role. - "If you would like to know more about this consultancy, please review the complete Terms of Reference here: TMC0006104 ToR.pdf" That's a link; maybe drop as application instruction? It's reference; could keep as p but it's basically instruction to review ToR. Might be considered application instruction; better drop. - Minimum Requirements: Education..., Work Experience..., Language requirement:... Keep. - Skills: list. - Desirables: list. - "For every Child, you demonstrate... UNICEF’s Core Values of Care, Respect, Integrity, Trust and Accountability and Sustainability (CRITAS) underpin everything we do and how we do it. Get acquainted with Our Values Charter: UNICEF Values" generic; maybe drop. - "UNICEF promotes and advocates for the protection of the rights of every child, everywhere, in everything it does and is mandated to support the realization of the rights of every child, including those most disadvantaged, and our global workforce must reflect the diversity of those children." generic; drop. - "The UNICEF family is committed to include everyone, irrespective of their race/ethnicity, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, religion, nationality, socio-economic background, minority, or any other status." EEO boilerplate; drop. - "UNICEF encourages applications from all qualified candidates, regardless of gender, nationality, religious or ethnic backgrounds, and from people with disabilities, including neurodivergence." EEO; drop. - "We offer reasonable accommodation for persons with disabilities. throughout the recruitment process. If you require any accommodation, please submit your request through the accessibility email button on the UNICEF Careers webpage Accessibility | UNICEF." accommodation instruction; maybe drop as application instruction? It's about accommodation; could keep? Might be considered EEO; but it's about accommodation. Safer to drop. - "Should you be shortlisted, please get in touch with the recruiter directly to share further details, enabling us to make the necessary arrangements in advance." application instruction; drop. - "UNICEF does not hire candidates who are married to children (persons under 18)." policy; maybe keep? It's a specific rule; but could be considered boilerplate? It's a specific policy; but it's not about job. Might drop as legal. - "UNICEF has a zero-tolerance policy on conduct that is incompatible with the aims and objectives of the United Nations and UNICEF, including sexual exploitation and abuse, sexual harassment, abuse of authority and discrimination based on gender, nationality, age, race, sexual orientation, religious or ethnic background or disabilities." EEO/legal; drop. - "UNICEF is committed to promote the protection and safeguarding of all children." generic; drop. - "All selected candidates will, therefore, undergo rigorous reference and background checks, and will be expected to adhere to these standards and principles. Background checks will include the verification of academic credential(s) and employment history. Selected candidates may be required to provide additional information to conduct a background check, and selected candidates with disabilities may be requested to submit supporting documentation in relation to their disability confidentially." This is about process; maybe drop as application instruction. - "Qualified candidates are invited to submit the following documents via the online recruitment portal, TMS (Talent Management System): An up-to-date TMS profile and curriculum vitae (CV)Cover letterA separate financial proposal TMC0006104 Financial Proposal Template.docx Technical proposal requirement:a brief technical proposal describing the proposed methodology and workplan; andthree relevant writing samples The proposal should explain how the applicant will assess implementation, effectiveness and efficiency where data availability and comparability vary across countries." This is application instruction; drop. - "Remarks: If the TOR or financial proposal documents are not visible on certain recruitment platforms, please visit our official page Vacancies | UNICEF Careers." drop. - "UNICEF does not charge a processing fee at any stage of its recruitment, selection, and hiring processes (i.e., application stage, interview stage, validation stage, or appointment and training). UNICEF will not ask for applicants’ bank account information." drop. - "All UNICEF positions are advertised, and only shortlisted candidates will be contacted and advance to the next stage of the selection process." drop. - "Additional information about working for UNICEF can be found here." drop. - "Advertised: 21 Sep 2026 Jordan Standard Time Deadline: 30 Sep 2026 Jordan Standard Time" Could be kept as metadata; maybe short p. We need to preserve all substantive information; we must not lose details like the assignment description, minimum requirements, skills, desirables. Also maybe keep the contract type etc as a short p. Thus final HTML:
