Role Description Sanative Counseling & Wellness Center is seeking a Child Outpatient Clinician to provide outpatient mental health services to children and adolescents. The clinician will support younger clients through individualized therapeutic care while collaborating with families and caregivers as appropriate. This position requires in-person availability in Brockton, MA, including after-school hours, and offers both part-time and full-time opportunities as caseloads develop. Clinicians benefit from a collaborative team environment, clinical support and mentoring, and administrative assistance with billing and insurance credentialing. A minimum of 12 clinical hours per week is required. QualificationsMaster's or doctoral degree in counseling, social work, or a related clinical field.Independent Massachusetts licensure (LMHC, LICSW, or LMFT), or relevant experience as a master's-level clinician who is eligible for licensure.Interest and experience in providing mental health services to children and adolescents.Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to maintain timely, accurate, and confidential clinical documentation.Availability for in-person sessions and after-school appointments in Brockton, MA.Commitment to ethical, compassionate, and collaborative client care. Benefits and CompensationsCompensation ranges from $50–$60 per hour.
