Position Summary
Aid the Campus Director with tasks related to the Child Nutrition Program, Truancy, and other daily operations.
Qualifications
- One year certificate from college or technical school; or three to six months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access and Excel.
- Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with staff, students, and parents.
- Ability to organize and correctly calculate claims for any meal program that is offered.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities (KSAs)
- Communicate effectively with Parents, Students, and Campus Staff via email, telephone, and fax in person in a professional manner.
- Organize and manage the meal program to follow federal and state guidelines.
- Prepare the daily and monthly reports and email or fax reports to Central Administration.
- Assist principal with truancy procedures.
- Maintain calendar of school events.
