About the role

We are seeking a Child Nutrition Assistant - Lead to oversee and support food service operations in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervising daily meal preparation and service activities
• Ensuring compliance with safety and health standards
• Assisting with inventory management and ordering supplies
• Providing leadership and guidance to other food service staff
• Maintaining a clean and organized work area

Requirements

• Experience in food service or child nutrition preferred
• Ability to supervise and coordinate staff activities
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety, sanitation, and food handling procedures

Schedule

This role involves working a 7.5-hour shift, with hours to be determined during interviews, and a total of 194 days per year.
