Child Development Specialist - Paid Training

Pay

$18 – $20 per hour based on experience; completion of RBT certification training is paid at a lower rate.

Schedule

Monday through Friday; no nights or weekends.

Responsibilities

• Create an environment that fosters skill acquisition, functional communication, and school readiness for children.
• Learn directly from Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to provide transformative therapy.
• Review behavior plans and instructional materials to ensure consistent implementation and monitor outcomes.
• Complete daily progress notes related to the implementation of the intervention plan.
• Champion continued skill acquisition and development of functional communication, peer interactions, and school readiness.
• Celebrate victories—big and small—helping kids and families recognize milestones.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
