- Interviewer: Member of our Recruiting Team
Interview Process
- First Round: Introductory interview covering availability, location, logistics, skills, experience, handling tense situations, communication skills, interest in children, and knowledge of developmental approaches to autism care. Case-based questions follow.
- Second Round: Clinical interview focusing on personality fit with clients, cohesion with the local team, experience, skills, and interest in the job. Additional case-based questions are run.
- Final Step: Matching with a client based on availability and criteria. Form to fill out in the PD app.
Onboarding
- Orientation: Sign up for orientation and the New Hire Training (NHT) course.
- New Hire Training (NHT): Course details provided in writing following the offer call.
- Training Cohort: Enrolled in a training cohort within 1-2 weeks of signing the offer.
- Training Materials: Full access to training materials on the first day.
