Interview Process
We value your time and interest in our organization, therefore, we are committed to communicating all decisions directly to candidates within 24-48 hours of your completed interview. This part of the process is detail oriented so feel free to take notes (although everything will be provided in writing following the offer call).

Onboarding
The onboarding begins immediately. We will send you a link to our internal HRIS, Rippling. The system will guide you through account registration, including all required paperwork, as well as provide information about any necessary background checks, health testing (sometimes a TB test is required) and fingerprinting.
- Once you accept our offer, you’ll be enrolled in a training cohort.
- You will receive further communication from us, including details about your training schedule and information regarding your official start date.
- You will be given full access to the training materials on your first day.
- You can expect to be placed into a training cohort within 1-2 weeks of signing your offer.
Matching with a Client
This happens toward the end of training, after all requirements for the onboarding process have been completed. You will be asked to fill out a form in the PD app, indicating your availability for scheduling as well as certain criteria to ensure a good “fit”.
- We ask clients about their criteria and strive to connect like-minded folks.
- You should expect to be matched to a family within 2 weeks of completing training.
