The final step in our process is to match you with a client!
- Final step: Matching you with a client
- When: Toward the end of training, after all requirements for the onboarding process have been completed
- How: You will be asked to fill out a form in the PD app, indicating your availability for scheduling as well as certain criteria to ensure a good "fit". Our matching process is two-way; we ask clients about their criteria and strive to connect like-minded folks.
- Expectation: You should expect to be matched to a family within 2 weeks of completing training.
