Responsibilities
- Provide quality early childhood education and care services to children ages 0-5.
- Collaborate with families to support their child’s development and learning.
- Implement evidence-based practices in daily activities and curriculum.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children and staff.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
- Valid Ohio Early Childhood Educator License.
- Experience working with children in an early childhood setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Pass a background check.
- Pass a drug screening.
- Pass a criminal history check.
Skills
- Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
