Responsibilities

• Provide quality early childhood education and care services to children ages 0-5.
• Collaborate with families to support their child’s development and learning.
• Implement evidence-based practices in daily activities and curriculum.

• Ensure a safe and nurturing environment for all children and staff.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
• Valid Ohio Early Childhood Educator License.
• Experience working with children in an early childhood setting preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Pass a background check.
• Pass a drug screening.
• Pass a criminal history check.

Skills

• Knowledge of child development theories and practices.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
