Child Development & ABA Specialist (RBT) – Adel, IA
About the role
We're actively seeking enthusiastic and devoted Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team and contribute expertise to support clients in achieving their unique goals through one-on-one ABA services.
Responsibilities
- Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
- Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
- Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
- Foster a positive learning environment for clients and connect with families.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- RBT certification is required before working.
- Patience, compassion, and the ability to maintain a calm demeanor in challenging situations.
- Willingness to learn and passion for making a difference for children with Autism.
- Willingness to make a 6-month commitment.
Experience in the following areas is a great fit, but not required: education, early childhood development, childcare, babysitting, youth mentorship, teaching assistant or paraprofessional roles, after-school programs, camp counseling, behavioral health, mental health, social services, ABA therapy, healthcare support roles (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver), or supporting a neurodiverse family member. Paid training is provided for those without experience.

Schedule
All positions start off part-time. Services are provided in clients' homes or community-based locations.
