Child Care Worker/Caregiver

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain open communication with ailing children, their families, and our staff
• Aid in personal care of ailing children
• Provide companionship
• Support all Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) as assigned

Requirements

• Ability to communicate effectively with children and families
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Pass a background check
• Valid driver’s license (if driving provided vehicle)

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience working with children is preferred but not required
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Pass a criminal background check
