Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Welcome parents and children to the Kids Club
• Interact with children to ensure a pleasant experience
• Clean toys and surfaces during each shift
• Explain and enforce Kids Club policies to parents
• Take payment before children are dropped off and update billing as needed
• Sign up new members on recurring services
• Call or locate parents for diaper changes or behavioral issues
• Provide constant care to prevent accidents, injuries, and unhappy children
• Complete Behavioral Reports and Accident Reports as needed
• Assist members and guests with all inquiries and concerns
• Report all issues in a timely manner
• Maintain the club-wide standards of cleanliness
• Assist other departments as necessary
• Attend all required meetings

Work Schedule

Your daily schedule will vary throughout the week depending on the needs of the club, the staff, and the members. Special events, promotions, and other demands will require some early mornings, late nights, and weekends.
