Child Care Teacher's Aide

Responsibilities
- Assist lead staff in maintaining a safe and developmentally appropriate classroom environment
- Implement a fun and engaging curriculum
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and the school community
Schedule
Part time position with approximate hours of 2:00-6:00pm.
Work location
Work is primarily performed at YMCA Before and After School programs in West Linn. At times, staff may be asked to travel outside of West Linn to fill in at other childcare sites within the YMCA Columbia-Willamette Association.
There may be times when staff are asked to attend company events outside of their regular schedule. Staff will be notified ahead of time if and when this happens.
