Role Overview: This position involves creating engaging, developmentally appropriate activities for children in a childcare setting, maintaining open communication with parents about their child's progress, and ensuring a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Responsibilities Design and implement hands-on activities tailored to children's needs and interests.Communicate regularly with parents regarding children's milestones and daily updates.Follow safety, health, and cleanliness procedures to maintain a secure learning environment.Collaborate with team members to support children's growth and development. Qualifications & Skills Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.College coursework in early childhood education, CDA, or related degree preferred.Experience teaching or working with children in childcare or preschool settings preferred.Knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP).Ability to pass background checks as required by state and company policies.
